We are giving each registered traveler a $125 Casa Mani Resort credit so you can choose what feels good to you.

You cannot come to Napa with BATW and not do something iconic.

We are boarding the Napa Valley Wine Train for a scenic journey through wine country, complete with beautiful views, an elevated atmosphere and a multi-course meal.

This is your moment to put on the outfit, take the pictures, sip the wine and let Napa roll by your window.

Additional wine and alcoholic beverages are not included unless specifically identified in the final itinerary.

Experience Two · Brown Estate

The culture is coming with us

Brown Estate is more than another winery stop.

As Napa Valley’s first Black-owned estate winery, its story deserves space in our experience. We are creating a curated Brown Estate moment that allows us to enjoy the wine, appreciate the history and celebrate the legacy behind the label.

Experience Three · Rest

A little rest looks good on you

Napa is not a trip we need to rush through.

There will be time built into the experience to enjoy Casa Mani, use your resort credit, schedule a spa service, sit by the pool or simply go back to your room and close the door.

Because rest is an activity too.

Transportation

You sip. We’ll handle the driving.

Nobody should be trying to coordinate 20 separate rides through Napa wine country.

Your package includes scheduled group transportation from our designated San Francisco meeting location to Napa, transportation for the published group activities and scheduled return transportation to San Francisco.

Get on the coach, find your seat and let us handle the road.

Travelers are responsible for arriving at the designated San Francisco meeting location before the scheduled departure. Transportation from any other airport outside of SFO, or private transportation required because of missed flights, delays, late arrivals or personal travel plans, is not included.

  1. Day One — Thursday, June 25, 2027

    Welcome to Napa

    Meet us at the designated San Francisco pickup location and travel with the group to Napa Valley.

    Check into Casa Mani Resort, settle into your room and take a breath—you made it.

    That evening, join us for a welcome dinner. Meet the women, enjoy the atmosphere and officially step into vacation mode.

  2. Day Two — Friday, June 26, 2027

    The Iconic Napa Day

    Today, we board the Napa Valley Wine Train.

    Enjoy the scenery, the meal, the conversation and the experience of seeing wine country from one of Napa's most recognizable attractions.

    After the train, return to Casa Mani with time to relax, explore or enjoy Napa at your own pace.

  3. Day Three — Saturday, June 27, 2027

    Black Wine, Beautiful Stories

    Today is about wine, culture and legacy.

    Enjoy a curated Brown Estate experience, learn more about the brand's place in Napa history and share a beautiful group moment over wine and lunch.

    Return to the resort with time to use your credit, schedule spa services or enjoy a relaxed evening.

  4. Day Four — Sunday, June 28, 2027

    One Last Napa Morning

    Enjoy breakfast, take one more picture and soak up the last moments at Casa Mani before our scheduled group transportation back to San Francisco.

Trip dates are June 25–29, 2027. The order of activities, times and venues may change based on supplier availability and final contracts.

Been Around the World Travels is a Black-owned lifestyle travel agency founded by Emily Williams.

After traveling to more than 60 countries and planning experiences for hundreds of travelers, Emily built BATW Travels to create the type of travel experiences she wanted to see more of—organized, inclusive, culturally aware and designed with travelers of color in mind.

Solo travelers

Coming solo? You’re still invited.

You do not need to bring a full friend group to join us.

If you want the double-occupancy price but do not have a roommate, you may request roommate-matching assistance during registration.

BATW Travels will make reasonable efforts to connect travelers, but a roommate match cannot be guaranteed.

If a roommate is not secured by the designated deadline, the traveler may be required to pay the single-occupancy supplement.

Before you ask

The package is $3,399 per person for single occupancy or $2,799 per person for double occupancy. Both options require a $250 per-person deposit.

A $250 per-person deposit is required to secure your place. The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

No. Airfare is not included. BATW Travels will provide the approved airport, arrival window and group-transfer instructions. Do not purchase airfare until those instructions are released.

The group will stay at Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton.

Breakfast is not separately included. Each traveler will receive a $125 Casa Mani Resort credit that may be applied toward eligible breakfast, dining or spa charges.

No. The $125 credit may be applied toward eligible spa services, but it may not cover the entire service. Any remaining balance is the traveler's responsibility.

Yes. You may choose single occupancy and have your own room, or choose double occupancy and request roommate-matching assistance during registration.

Yes. Payment plans are available for every traveler. After your $250 deposit, the remaining balance can be paid over time according to your payment schedule.

The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. All additional payments are governed by the BATW Travels terms and conditions presented during checkout.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Each traveler is responsible for selecting and purchasing a policy that meets her needs.

Scheduled group transportation from our designated San Francisco meeting location to Napa, transportation for the included group activities and scheduled return transportation to San Francisco are included. Transportation from any other airport outside of SFO is not included.

Travelers who miss the scheduled transfer because of a delayed or missed flight will be responsible for arranging and paying for alternate transportation.

The itinerary is subject to change based on supplier availability, weather, operational needs and final contracts. Registered travelers will receive updated details.
